Modern LIfe with Cars, Automobiles and SUVs

Honda’s little hatchback, the Fit (Jazz in some other markets) has been available in Japan since 2001. It was then sold to other markets later, and in the US, just recently. It sold well in its home market, and because of the rise in fuel prices, it sold well in the US as well.

Now, Honda has just released the all-new Fit. Does it retain the characteristics that made the original a top-seller?

The answer to that question is a resounding yes. The original Fit was a practical city car, just small enough to make it easy to drive around, but large enough inside to fit 5 people comfortably. Honda’s U.L.T seats added to the usefulness of the Fit, enabling it to swallow bigger loads that other bigger cars couldn’t even dream of carrying.

The new Fit retains the flexible seating, but wraps it up in a sportier, more stylish package. The front end looks sharper and more aggressive, the rear gets new taillights, and the interior looks and feels better than the old one.

The best part about all this is that the new Fit is still as fuel-efficient as ever. With Honda’s i-VTEC technology, the Fit is a fuel miser. The car combines practicality, fuel-efficiency, and sharp looks in one great package.

The new Honda is a perfect Fit for these tough times of high fuel prices.
